A simply outstanding diamond engagement ring from the Retro (ca1940) era by the famed maker Tiffany & Co.! This beautiful ring is made of platinum and holds a gorgeous Emerald Cut diamond at the center. The diamond, which is prong set, has I color and VS1 clarity and weighs approximately 3.03ct. Resting at the shoulders of the ring are six sparkling tapered baguette cut diamonds, which have I-J range color, VS2 clarity and a total weight of approximately 0.11ctw, tension set in three separate bands that fuse at the back. Stamped inside each band ring is "IRID. PLAT" and "TIFFANY&CO". The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited GIA certified gemologist in February 2024 and has a stated retail replacement value of $85,000. Also accompanying the ring is Diamond Grading Report #1236091125 issued by GIA (Gemological Institute of America), giving a full evaluation of the center diamond. Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 7+ but could easily be resized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum and all of the diamonds are intact and securely set.
